Unspoiled nature, out-of-this-world food (get the all inclusive package - it’s worth it and you’ll gain weight - heck, you’re on vacation and you won’t get this kind of lobster curry anywhere else), unfailingly helpful and thorough staff, property clean as a whistle - from the pristine wood pool deck to the beautiful rooms fully stocked with everything you need. What I really loved: Kids were able to revert to wholesome play - riding bikes all over, splashing in the pool, playing basketball. The little hamlet of Cockburn Harbour is quiet and quaint, where locals are friendly and helpful. Eleven year old kids were able to ride on their own to the town to buy snacks for themselves, without worrying about traffic or danger. That’s unheard of in our world these days. Loved every second of it. Bring copious bug spray! That’s the only drawback and it’s because of the lush surrounding vegetation - so to be expected! read less

The food, service, and rooms are great! We also saw 10 Eagle Rays all together on one dive. The manager, Malena was there to make sure we had a great experience. CJ, our driver was accommodating and made our stay awesome. The staff was incredible also, Urie, Fion, Josefina, Marlyn, Chef, and all the staff, ( I apologize for not remembering all your names) were wonderful. The view is beautiful. Thank you!! read less

The island is quaint and is enjoyed by bike, but you will not have to leave the resort for anything. Great place to go diving, snorkeling and relaxing by the ocean or the pool. There isn’t any nightlife after 9-10pm but your ready to sleep by then anyways with enjoying the sun. Recommend this location to recharge and unwind. read less

We got to do two exciting adventures - Boat trip and Kayak Trip - both were wonderful. Loved our guide for both of these excursions. Beach and water were pristine! A little extra travel to get to this destination but it was worth it. If you are looking for a remote and relaxing vacation, I would highly recommend this resort. read less

The staff explained my options and offered a discounted room rate that included all my meals in my room. I opted to stay for three days and the food and service were excellent. They also provided a selection of books I could read and the TV entertainment was top notch. Alcoholic beverages were not included in the beverages, but they could be purchased. They also provided a nice mask with a turtle on it! read less

We were staying East Bay a few months ago (May 2022) but only stayed one night since our baby got really sick. The way the entire team at the resort helped, from Lincoln that drove us to the hospital and waited and even got us some herbal medicine for the baby. We sincerely appreciated it. Laura and Ashley who assisted us tracking a doctor. NERISSA who is such a gem, helping us while not even being stationed on property. One day we will meet her. I tried checking in today oct 2022 but we missed our flight twice due to airline issues and Nerissa still called me to check up on me because she know how much I wanted to go back to EB. Now That’s Service! I love the crew at EB. No airline issue will keep me away from them. I LOVE read less
