East Bay Resort is set in the Admiral Cockburn Land and Sea National Park, so grab some snorkel gear and discover the marine life for yourself. South Caicos’ year-round warm, clear water makes for the perfect spot to explore.

Stand-up Paddleboards

Stand-up paddleboards (SUP) offer a fun, relaxing way to play on the water, and get in touch with the rhythm of the ocean.

With minimum gear, you can paddle, ocean surf, and explore our unique landscapes and reefs. Paddleboarding delivers a full-body workout and has become a popular cross-training activity.

Paddleboards are available on our beachfront and are complimentary for in-house guests.

Kayaks

Kayaking can give you a completely new perspective of South Caicos. Take in the views of the turquoise blue waters, mangroves, and coastline. Look out for native wildlife from Seabirds to jumping Eagle Rays.
