Resort check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11am.
A 3 night deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The deposit is required at time of reservation and is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 21 days prior to arrival date.
The hotel strongly recommends our guests purchase travel insurance which covers loss of revenue due to unforeseeable events such as emergencies, flight delays or cancellations. The hotel will not reimburse the guest due to such events.

The cancellation policy is 21 days from arrival date with the exception of holiday periods. Reservations cancelled within twenty-one (21) days of arrival will be charged three (3) nights room rate. The policy varies during holiday time periods so you must check with the hotel directly for the holiday cancellation policies. A 50% deposit for reservations between Dec. 18 to Jan. 2 is required with balance due by Oct 1 at which point there will be no refunds.

In the event of an official evacuation order, East Bay Resort will not penalize any guest for any unused nights and will also present a voucher valid for a future stay for the unused number of nights that the original reservation was for (with a maximum of 7 nights), i.e. you book a 7 night stay and evacuate on day 4, you will not have to pay for the additional 3 nights of your stay and you will be presented with a voucher for 3 nights towards a future stay. In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of Turks and Caicos, East Bay Resort will waive the cancellation penalty and either refund the full deposit, or change the reservation to a future date.
